About me
As a mathematics educator I have had the privilege of sharing my love of math with both students and teachers. I have served as the mathematics coordinator for a K-6 school, taught math to middle school, high school, and college students, have been involved in teacher preparation with methods courses for elementary and secondary teachers, and supervised student teachers as they completed their training. Additionally, I have been involved in programs for gifted elementary students through Carnegie Mellon University, conducted in-service workshops for teachers, presented at math conferences, and created math games. Though retired I am excited for the opportunity to continue to share what I have learned and hopefully inspire and encourage teachers as they reach a new generation with the joys of mathematics.
