About me

Nancy Qushair is one of MidSchoolMath's Professional Development Team Members and Instructional Coaches. She served as the Vice President for the Orange County Math Council from 2022 to 2024. In 2017, the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE) Foundation awarded Nancy the William Dahlgren Teacher of Excellence Award for inspiring and motivating students in math. With 19 years of teaching experience, Nancy has taught at both the elementary and middle school levels. Her purpose and passion lie in motivating students to adopt a growth mindset, encouraging them to inquire about diverse topics, make connections, apply concepts to real life, and engage collaboratively with others in the pursuit of knowledge and discovery.
